Single Consultation + Follow Up

What this includes

A single consultation includes an in-depth intake questionnaire, where I will have an understanding of your health history and health goals. You will receive a personalized protocol and 2 video calls. The first call is 90 minutes and a follow up is a 30 minute video call. This is a great first step to get you unstuck and truly on the path to optimal health with my support. I look forward to helping you!
